چکیده
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren katılım bankalarında iç kontrol sisteminin etkinliğinin incelenmesi, sistemi ile finansal performans arasındaki ilişkinin ve üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığının ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. kapsamda, bankası çalışanlarına etkinliğini ölçmeye yönelik bir anket uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca bankaların 2022 yılına ait tablolarından aktif kârlılık öz sermaye oranları hesaplanmıştır. SPSS 26 programı veriler analiz edilmiş araştırma sonucunda her bileşenin uygulanma seviyelerinin orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, izleme bileşeni arasında pozitif; diğer bileşenler ise düşük seviyede pozitif ilişki bulunmuştur. kârlılığı tüm bileşenleri tepit edilmiştir.
